1.1 FINALIDADE
Esta Circular de Informao Aeronutica (AIC) tem por finalidade divulgar aos usurios a
relao de AIC em vigor, editadas pelo DECEA.
1.2 MBITO
Esta AIC se aplica a todos aqueles que, no desempenho de suas funes, necessitam manusear
