PLEASE NOTE: Gondola style and size selection, installation, loading and product placement is at the full discretion of the store
owner. We provide the following recommendations based on information provided by the manufacturer along with our own
experience and industry feedback. WE ARE THE IMPORTER. WE DO NOT PROVIDE EXAMINED TOLERANCES, ONLY
RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. SENSIBLE AND SAFE LOADING ALONG WITH INSTALLATION OF
THE GONDOLA BAYS AND SHELVING IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY:

The key recommendation is if any shelf, beam, bracket, post or any other load bearing part shows any indication of
flex, sag, bend or warpage, it is a sign that too much weight has been placed on it or the load is not spread evenly,
and should be relieved by removing some of the load and spreading the remainder of the load evenly.
The gondola T-posts centre foot to be dyna bolted to the floor and rear foot of L-posts. It is recommended that in
the case of single sided bays using L-Posts, each post be fastened or connected to a wall for extra stability.
Brackets recommended maximum working load is 25 kilograms per bracket.
Ensure shelves and baskets installed on an angle are locked into place and cannot slide forward or become loose.
Wire shelves have a recommended maximum working load of 40 kilograms per shelf, half if installed on an angle.
Barn/liquor racking have a recommended maximum working load of 75 kilograms per level.
Notched wire shelves including the base shelves have a recommended max. working load of 40 kilograms per shelf.
Baskets to be used for lightweight goods only.
Maximum recommended working load per single side gondola bay is 250 kilograms.
The above recommendations are conservative and the system is built to withstand greater load bearing tolerances
however owner discretion and common sense is required at all times referring to the first key recommendation point
regarding load bearing parts.
Same recommendations apply to the dense ends shelving and load bearing parts.
All load values above are applied with the loads spread evenly across the shelves and shelves installed at even
vertical distances on gondola bay. Vertical stocking should be done with the heaviest items on the lower shelves and
lighter items towards the top of the gondola bays for best centre of gravity, balance and stability.
Loaded weight of shelves on T-post gondola (double sided) to be spread evenly on both sides of the T-post.
Feature ends are not designed to have shelves installed on them.
Gondolas and shelving not designed to be used or stored in cool rooms, fridges or wet or damp areas.
This shelving is not treated for use in external or outdoor applications/use and should not be submitted to direct
moisture and weather.
