Sir,
Sub: Requesting financial assistance to conduct a National Level Seminar-Reg.
Erode Sengunthar Engineering College (ESEC) is a renowned technical institution offering
seven UG and three PG programs. It was started in the year 1996 by a group of philanthropists of
Erode Sengunthar Educational Trust. The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and the
Government of Tamilnadu. The college is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Five of our UG programs have been accredited by AICTE and National Board Accreditation
(NBA). Our college is also an ISO 9001:2008 certified institution.

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has proposed to conduct a National

Level Seminar on Survey of Recent Surgical Equipments in our college on 07.03.2014. This
Seminar provides a platform for active interaction between industrialists, practicing engineers,
Medical practitioners and academicians to discuss about techniques and challenges related to
recent surgical equipments.

Kindly find the enclosed proposal for the financial assistance to conduct the National Level
Seminar.
