Pair observation

On Wednesday 11. 10. 2017, I observed my colleague Hamda when she taught the KG 2-

1 students a literacy lesson. She taught them about letter t. First, she started the lesson by

asking the students about pictures that related to the letter then she repeated with them the

name and the sound of the letter. After that, she taught the students the letter format. Then she

gave the students instructions about the activities. She took two groups and gave them the

activities then she swapped between these groups.

Through my observation, I notice that Hamda have good classroom management and

good positive feedback. Moreover, she has a good relationship with the students and she did eye

contact with them. I think Hamda need to focus on time management and try to reduce the circle

time.
