Pakistani establishment has been exposed in Pakistani Occupied Kashmir, by

changing three Governments in four years. This is condemnable act of the
Government of Pakistan and we reject such policies. After long time Raja Farooq
Haider has refused to accept Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and council decisions as it
is and resisted for the rights of the people of Pakistani Occupied Kashmir and Gilgit
Baltistan. Sardar Shaukat Ali Kashmiri was speaking at a seminar organized by
party’s London branch under the title of “Global scenario and situation of south
Asia” lamenting on the situation he told the audiences that Pakistani institutions are
reaping what they have sowed. The time is impending when the kashmiri people on
both sides of line of control and in all parts of the divided state has to adopt a
collective approach and methodology to overcome worst circumstances created
and inflicted on them by Pakistan for more than a half century. The world is passing
through great changes today. He went on saying that due to strategic positions
both Kashmir and Afghanistan is changing into a new axis of change which would
eventually determine future global relations and geo-politics in the region. Sardar
Shaukat Ali Kashmiri, supported and emphasized on trade and commerce between
all parts of the state, by eliminating line of control and that withdrawal of forces
would lead the peaceful solution of this conflict. Through such policies and
methodologies we can reach at a peaceful solution and reunification of the former
state can also be achieved.

Commenting on devastated and painful situation after rains and floods in Pakistan,
Khyber Pukhtoonkhwah and Pakistani Occupied and Gilgit Baltistan Mr. Kashmiri
said that in the modern era of globalization and with the help of modern technology
and coordination between different state institutions and people such human loss
can be minimized, but Pakistan has lost those policies and path to protect people
against such natural disasters. He said that due to feudal and army nexus in
Pakistan has driven the people towards depth of problems and they are facing worst
exploitations. The world community is trying its best to provide financial support to
Pakistan but unfortunately due to corruption there is no mechanism established to
coup with such devastated situating in case.

While addressing the kashmiri community and party workers in the seminar, Sardar
Shaukat Ali kashmiri, said that what British Prime minister has asked Pakistan to
nab the terror organization, is nothing new the civil society of Pakistan and human
rights defenders from the region including him have been raising these concerns
for decades.
The hue and cry of the Pakistani secret agencies and security establishment has
made it clear that they will not abandon the policies of using terrorist organisation
and religion as foreign policy tool. He said that now the world is coming to realize
that Pakistan has double standards and dual face. At home they have different
policies and to show the world community they have another. He said that
Pakistan’s exports are at zero level and the only tool in their hands is to use such
extremist’s elements to grab the money from international community. He
emphasized on world community to ask China and Saudia, not to use Pakistani soil
to advance their national and global agenda. Mr. Kashmiri also asked Government
of Pakistan to revisit its cold war era policies sand adopt an independent foreign
policy as a peaceful nation and it should also establish brotherly and cordial
relations with its neighbours. Party chair strongly appreciated Pakistan and
Afghanistan Transit Trade Agreement (TTA), and call it a fruit of Globalization that
borders should be irrelevant and trade and commerce between neighboring
countries be initiated to reduce national and regional conflicts. Mr. Kashmiri
appreciated US, role to bridge good relations between India and Pakistan. Sardar
Shaukat Ali kashmiri also emphasized on British Government to use its influence
and good offices to ask Pakistan to dismantle terrorist infrastructure in Pakistani
Occupied Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. It is also need of the hour that a meaningful
representation of kashmiri political parties be made possible in the local assembly
and instead of changing their likeminded and pro-Pakistani elements all the political
parties should be allowed to take part in election and in the decision making
process. He asked world community that under international law and concerned UN,
resolutions the Government of Pakistan is bound to develop socio-economic and
socio-political conditions of its administered regions. It is international obligation of
Pakistan to introduce good governance, transparency and accountability in the
administration of its held parts. He suggested world community to pressurize
Pakistan to establish institute which cam maintain the data of educated and
unemployed youth and there should be training programs to skilled those youth so
that they can be useful and productive part of the state and society. He expressed
that so far 64, years have gone Pakistan didn’t focus on the development and rights
of the people in its peripheries. The game of confuse and divide is still going on
and the people of the entire region have left on the mercy of natural circumstances.
