THE CEO
Dear friends, colleagues and partners,
When I first started as CEO of everjobs I
remember feeling grateful, for the
opportunity to lead everjobs across all
four countries in Asia. I remember
feeling confident, in our ability to help
revolutionize the job markets and
develop the local talent pools. Mostly
though I remember feeling lucky, for
having such an amazing team of both
foreigners and locals in all four
countries, and a company culture that
sometimes feels more like a family than
anything else.
We have had a great time since that
moment, and Im happy to share our
success with you today as well as our
vision for what is to come.
Past, present, and
In 2016 we have welcomed almost 10
million visitors to our websites, and we
estimate that more than 120,000
successful hires were made possible by
everjobs. We have seen the continued
strong growth of work.com.mm, our
business in Myanmar and where it all
began for everjobs. The team in
Myanmar has launched our new slogan
Build the future of Myanmar which says
a lot about our mission at everjobs. In
Bangladesh, Cambodia and Sri Lanka,
2016 marked the breakthrough of
everjobs.
In Cambodia our visitorship tripled
which makes us now one of the leading
online career portals in the country. The
same is true for Sri Lanka and
Bangladesh, where everjobs is really
becoming a household name.

market in Cambodia is still quite large.

very similar to the one in Cambodia when
it comes to male vs. female application
ratio. 63% of the candidacies were
