Introduction :-

Health Management is a website designed for health department which is

going to keep the information of each and every citizen of country.When a new baby borns

health department is going to provide an ID just like citizenship-ID.This ID is used throughout

the country to know health information about a person.Admissions to any hospitals have

undergone many changes over the years. The admission process is still carried out manually for

many patients. The revolution in computer science has brought many advantages. Now we can

make the admission process more transparent and effective by making it online.

This portal is an online hospital management system portal wherein patients can get

admitted to any hospitals. Doctors also can enter or retrieve any records of patient from without

need to do it manually or with help of a third body. This eliminates the need for the doctors to

personally note down all records and maintain a separate book. It provides facility for the

hospitals to register themselves to the portal as it is a central database system.

If a hospital already has a website, the software can be integrated with it to provide

patients and doctors with the medical records of any patient .

Problem Statement :-
To provide an efficient way to maintain various hospital records. To provide an efficient

way to manage doctor records, patient records of a particular hospital.

Objectives of project :-
The system will eliminate the need for doctors to maintain records of all patients

in sheets.

The system also helps the patients to retrieve information regarding them when

necessary. It maintains an orderly process.

The important feature of this project is patient record transfer.

Scope of the project :-

It helps many hospitals to get registered as it maintains a central database.

This ID helps while creating any policies.

This ID is also useful while applying for VISA cards.

This ID can also be used as Citizenship-ID.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT introduces a new era of user friendliness and interactive in

the field of hospital management software. It is powerful, flexible and easy to use and has

designed and developed to deliver real conceivable benefits to hospitals and clinics. The system

automates the patient administration functions.

It's a poly-hospital management system. It has a powerful feature such as records of

patients are transferable. Any information a patient needs can be made available to him. It also

maintains records of all several doctors working for more than 1 hospital.

1.1.2 Impact on Patients:

* Avoids patients to maintain all prescribed sheets by doctors.

* Avoids doctor to maintain all records manually.

* Effective way for patients to get admitted.

Transparent and speedy way to administer, supervise plan and control the

department of degree colleges.

 2. LITERATURE SURVEY

2.1 Present scenario:-

If today anyone meet to a hospital the doctor starts investigation on each and every

aspect about a patient and which will be a costlier and time cosuming one.If the person requires

immediate treatment such as at the time of accidents,or in any emergency cases,getting the

information like allergies,habbits,family backgrounds,diseases,etc about the person is

difficult.When a person is moving from one country to other country or when a person wants

leave he or she may apply a false medical certificate,those can be controlled by using this

site.Office or company can enter the persons health-ID and they will come to know the current

status of the person.

2.2 Proposed scenario:-

We are planning to develop a site where the information about each and every person

is going to be stored .This application can be used anywhere like hospitals,offices,

companies,etc.This information is added by the hospital whenever a new baby takes a birth.This

hospital must add the information about baby with its bloodgroup and family

background.This information will be available globally.

 If baby is suffering from any disease,we take the baby to family hospital

(personal practice doctors) .They will access the website and enter the babys ID and they can

study family background there and update the present disease information and suggestions

given.This information is also available throughout the globe.For this ID any doctor can update

the case papers,copies of laboratory test,scanning photos,etc.

If a person is suffering from any major disease or met with an accident the

information about the person can be accesed faster and the treatment can be given

immediately.From the site itself the doctor can suggest leaves for the patient and the same can be

viewed by the office or company.
