ABSTRACT

I would like to thank and be grateful because I have finished my internship

successfully without any major problems that would affect my intern in Vis
Mechatronic. I also achieved the objective set by Politeknik Seberang Perai. However, I
had gone through small problems such as adaption of working place at the beginning of
my practical, understanding of projects given to me and communication among my
colleagues.

The management is understanding and helps me overcome my problems and

adapt the situation of being in a working place. Even though they are professionals but
they still knows how to handle a newbie and I am so happy to do my practical in Vis
Mechatronic.
In the beginning, the management had help me a lot, gave me some chance if I
did some mistakes and they also advise me. They teach me the right way to do things
explain me again if I do not understand, support me and motivate me.
I have learnt a lot valuable things while working here. I realize that learning
theoretical is never the same when it comes to practical. I also learned it is very
important to know how to work as part of the team especially when you are working in
a big organization. In order to complete the task given timing is also another crucial
thing to take care of. As known, the world of working is a completely different phase
compared to the time when we are studying therefore by going for an industrial training
it is in hope that the students are well prepared and have high confidence to serve the
community. Student have to carry a big responsibility when working at industrial and
carry it with honesty and sincerity.
