 ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
TRP Engineering College continues the
blazing glory in the eld of education, deservedly
bequeathing it from SRM Group of Institutions. It is
approved by All India Council for Technical Education,
New Delhi and aliated to Anna University, Chennai.
Five U.G. (B.E) and two P.G. (M.E.,) programmes are
being oered. The institution provides all basic and
advanced amenities to the students and the faculty
members as well. Utmost importance is given for
quality education through modern teaching
methodologies. Most modern and sophisticated
laboratories, well qualied and experienced faculty
members are the assets of the institution. The
institution grows at a faster pace as it has a very sound
management, willing to do everything needed for
making it a great institution and for societal

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Electrical and Electronics Engineering
department has been in existence since the inception
of the college in 2010. It has well equipped
laboratories with a state of art Electrical Machines,
Power Electronics and Power Systems Simulation lab
equipped with softwares such as MATLAB, PSIM, etc.
Qualified and experienced faculty members have
been involved in teaching and conducting various
short term courses for the benefit of the students,
faculty and the Industrial Engineers.
ABOUT THE SEMINAR
This seminar aims to create a platform for
the young professionals to discuss various cutting
edge technologies. This will enhance the researchers /
teachers to strengthen their academic and research
activity.
