Dear Mr.Siva Prakasam Perneti

With reference to your application and subsequent discussions you had with us, we are pleased
to provisionally offer you an appointment as Asst .Manager (E &I Dept) in managerial and
supervisory cadre on an a CTC of 33000/-p.m. on the following terms and conditions subject to
your medical fitness.
1. Your place of posting at SESA GOA LIMITED, Pig Iron Expansion Plant , Navelim, Goa.
2. You will be on probation for a period of six months and confirmed there after if your services
and conduct are found satisfactory. if you fail to show the requisite aptitude and ability on the
job during the probationary period, your probationary shall be extended and/or your services
shall be liable for termination with one day notice. However you will be required to give 15
days notice or pay in lieu thereof before you leave the companys service during the
probation period.
3. Your services shall be confirmed subject to successful and satisfactory completion of the
probation period. Until so confirmed, you will be continue, you will continue to be on
probation. Upon confirmation, company will have the right to terminate your services by
giving you one months notice /or one month salary (Basic) in lieu of notice period. In case if
you leave the employment without giving the required notice period or salary in lieu of notice
period, the management reserves the right to deduct as liquidated any damages an amount
equivalent to the Two months salary (Basic) from any money or moneys that may be payable
to you.
4. You will be governed by the companys Rules & Regulations applicable to you, which are in
force for the time being or may be framed and/or made applicable to the employees of your
cadre from time to time.
5. During your probation period or confirmation as the case may be you will be an employee of
the company and during this period you shall not be permitted to take employment or
assignment of any other employer / company.
6. As and when required you will be assigned duties/jobs in other departments/section or any
other process of the company.
7. Your services are liable to be transferred to any other place or establishment or sister
concern of our company due to exigencies of work as and when required with in the country
or outside the country in the best interest of the company and the companys decision shall
remain final and binding in this respect.
