Clients Personal Information

The client is Mrs. Evangeline M. Distrito. She is currently the Brgy. Counselor in Cervantes
Ext., Poblacion 8, Dumaguete City. She is also the head of the Youth Committee. She is
married to Mr. XXXXXX XXXX and a mother of two children, XXXX and XXXX. Her husband
is working abroad as a XXXXXXX in XXXXXX.

Reason for constructing a building

The client wishes to have a comfortable and safe home that will accommodate not only
her family but also her visiting relatives and friends.

The client also plans to have a low-cost and sustainable two-storey residential building.

Building & Its Location

The proposed two story-residential building is located in Jose Romero Road, Brgy.
Bagacay, Dumaguete City.

Description of the Site & Location

The project site is a fenced 383 - square meter lot along Jose Romero Road. The
location site has a walking distance of 38 meters from the main road across Star Oil
Bagacay. There are existing residential houses surrounding the lot. There are also
existing obstruction structures and vegetation inside the lot to be removed.
Accessibility & Amenities around the Site

The site can be accessed easily any type of vehicles (including motorcycles, tricycles,
four-wheeled vehicles, and small trucks) except for big trucks and trailer trucks.

Description of the Building & its composition

The proposed building will be a Two-story Residential building that comprises two (2)
comfort rooms one at the first floor and the other at the second floor, a car port, three
(3) rooms only at the second floor, and living room and dining room at the first floor.

The Purpose & Usage of the Building

The purpose and usage of the proposed building is mainly a low cost two-story
residential dwelling that will be resided with her family.
