Xiamen Goomax Energy Technology Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Goomax Group. With leading technology
and efficient services, specializes in the field of solar photovoltaic products, especially on solar
mounting system, due to its similar system, as part of the Groups diversification strategies, with a view
to enter and capture the potential growth of the aluminum alloy extrusion products, we invested new
production lines for the setting up of aluminum formwork and aluminum panel plant on a piece of
industrial land, measuring approximately 200,000 square meter and capacity 30,000 tons per year.
We possess globally advanced extrusion press machines ranging from 600T to 4000T. Our aluminum
extrusion profiles are made of AA 6063, 6005, 6061, 6082, 6351, etc.
There are 4 major categories of products, Aluminum Alloy Profiles, Curtain Wall for both architecture
and industry, Aluminum Building Formwork, and Aluminum Panel. Deep-processing is our advantage,
we can customize many different kinds of aluminum products to meet different clients requirements.
The main surface treatments of products are Anodized colored, Electrophoretic-coating, Powder-
coating, PVDF coating, Thermal break, Wooden-pattern, high-quality brushing, Polishing and dyeing,
Sand blasting, etc. The products are well sold in domestic large and medium-sized cities and export to
more than 40 countries and areas all over the world.

Other Formworks (Wood & Steel)

Construction formwork consists of panel and supporting system. Panel is for concrete shaping
while supporting system is for panel and floor supporting. Concrete work quality is largely
influenced by formwork, including precise size, solid installation, tight assembly and easy
dismountling etc. To achieve a better construction result, engineers should choose formwork
according to architectural structure.
Formworks mainly used nowadays:
1. The most traditional timber formwork, mainly made of aspen and pine, is lighter and cheaper
with lower intensity which results in perishability and low reuse rate. In this case, it will cost a
large scale of forest cutting. Its not environmental friendly. Bamboo formwork
has the same problem and its not recyclable.
2. Steel formwork, mainly made of steel, is much more intense. However, more machine
construction work will be needed due to the heavy weight. Besides, its very easy to get rusty
and hard to be divided from concrete.
3. Plastic formwork is water-proof and durable. However the low intensity means its easy to

History Of Aluminum Formwork

Aluminum formwork, being a new type of building material was invented in the 1962.

After more than 50 years of development, it has been widely used in the United States,

Canada, Europe, HK, Macao, India, Malaysia, South Korea, Brazil and Vietnam. However,

the application of aluminum formwork is relatively new in our country. Alumnum alloy

formwork has many advantages compared to other formworks

Early removal construction technology: After the whole aluminum formwork system has been installed, the concrete will be
poured into the formwork in one time. The construction period for each floor is about 3-4 days. The widely used of supporting
system designed by Goomax reinforces the early dismoutering technology.

High construction quality: The construction effect of walls applied aluminum formwork are smooth and clean enough. Ceramic
tiles can be pasted on the wall without plastering. Besides, Goomax formwork system are manufactured after precisely
analyzing by computer. Parameters of the building especially windows, doors, water and electricity equipment are accurate.

High work efficiency and low labor cost: Construction efficiency has been improved 2 to 3 times thanks to the application of
aluminum formwork early removal system. Works can operate after simple training which reduces the labor cost.
