Research Question 1: Why is climate change negative?

Research question 2: What factors of climate change affect human health?

MaCarthy, J. P. (2001). Ecological consequences of recent climate change.

Climate change is the biggest global threat on population due to the many threats it

composes. These threats consist of both direct and indirect changes that happen all

around population on a daily basis. These continuous changes involve disease patterns,

water, food supply, vulnerability to shelter settlements, population migration change and

extreme climate events. Climate change is not considered a positive atmospheric change.

The author describes ecological, biotic and conservations changes, in which all play a

factor as to how climate change is affected. Due to climate changes happening

simultaneously, a chain of reaction happens. As climate change keeps rising, social and

ecological procedures need to be changed. If no action is taken towards this, the rise of

extinction in humans and animals will rise, this will then lead to catastrophic events that

will eventually lead society to make drastic decisions towards adjusting to new climate.

Budyko M.I. (1982). The earths climate: past and future. State Hydrological Institute Leningrad,

USSR, Published: Academic Press.

From the start of pre-historic age climate has been part of the earth. The start of climate

research goes as far as the 19th century, pre-history records show recorded evidence of

weather patterns. These patterns have maintained a consistency until human interaction

came about messing with nature. Now more updated patterns show a different outcome.

As extensive research is made on climate, facts are put down showing how different

activities affect weather. The author focuses as to why these patterns are affected

differently from there past tense to now. In the old era weather seemed to be hotter, which

would oppose different patterns. But since and industrial revolution took place an evolution

came about with society. Leading to different practices in society, the following up with a

secondary effect on the atmosphere. All these events lead to atmospheric changes creating

different climates as different sources affect it,

William James Burroughs (1997): Does the weather really matter. Published: Cambridge

University Press.

The level of effect human effect has had in the weather has now been great enough for

change in climate to be noticeable. These changes are constantly researched as weather

updates every day. Advancements in technology have made this possible. The

concentration of the author is on why these advancements are not used to create a stable

climate, thats if its possible. A stable climate would create an easy weather prediction

with natural climate patters. The fact that human activity intervenes with climate changes

makes a stable climate almost impossible to be. As human activity is naturally a daily part

of life. Although perfection can not be met, a better control of toxicity can, which can lead

to more controlled weather patterns.

Institute for Humanistic Studies.

Past theories and uncoordinated data has led the author to ask why mans activity has been

a factor towards climate changes and civilization. Past records show inaccurate data on

weather patterns, in which the author has spent years analyzing, along with recording his

own research on climate. Evolution of machinery and technology caused a rise and demand

for fossil fuels to be used. Although the rise of machine has a positive industrial impact,

none of them were environmentally safe. This was only due to the inaccurate data and lack

of technology advancements that were sustained at the time of first development. The help

of better technological advances provided stats on how this evolution has affected our

atmosphere with pollution. Yet changes towards affecting the climate have not yet been

made. Civilization needs to make a change before climate does.

Letcher T.M., Trevor M. (2016). Climate change observed impacts on planet earth.: Second

Edition

Climate change has been affected. The amount of human activity polluting and over

populating is causing the rise of carbon gases. The rise of carbon gases only promotes a

hotter weather. High levels of carbon with the mixture of hot temperatures will start

melting the ice caps in both the north and the south pole. This will only create a rise in

sea level, that will then create a chain of different weather events. Natural disasters will

become more normal as the seasons and weather temperatures began to change. Letcher

talks about the greenhouse effect and why it is a major concern. The greenhouse effect is

the specific name used by scientist to describe gases in the air. The lack of knowledge

between societys only shows the lack of carefulness we have towards our own

surrounding environment. Letcher states we get a lot of these greenhouse facts from

infra-red radiation satellite data. These satellites provide prerecorded information from

past recordings to future predictions.

Practices in occupational or not only in science but therapeutic as well. The author focuses

on the many practices society is involved with. These practices allow a reconnection

between societies with themselves or others. Many of these practices can be concluded

healthy based on its success rate. These practices are done mostly in a medical scenario,

being the location that is considered at most needed help. It is identified that occupational

is a highly needed field as many holes stand in between society.
