Trish Rogers has been appointed to the position of NSW/ACT State Chapter President and Board
Director of the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA).
Trish has been a committee member of the NSW/ACT State Chapter for six years, and brings to
the FCA Board a strong background in the real estate industry and franchising. She is the co-
owner and director of Real Mastery Consulting, a boutique training company specialising in real
estate licensing, CPD and across the board industry accreditation which she started with her
business partner Rosalie Douglas over eight years ago.
I am looking forward to the challenge and working hard to enrich and grow the FCAs NSW/ACT
chapter, said Trish. I love franchising and the science behind it being involved
in FCA events and the knowledge Ive gained has been very beneficial. In turn, my clients
are kept up-to-date with franchising trends, analysis and events.
Congratulations to Trish on her election to the position of State Chapter President for NSW and
ACT and to the national board of the FCA, said Bruce Billson, Executive Chair of the FCA. Trishs
extensive knowledge and network connections within the franchise sector will bring insights and
field experience into the board to support our ongoing work of enterprise success through
franchising, he said.
My mandate is to deliver industry leading and profitable events each year with
engaging, specialist presenters, said Trish. As a committee we will be working on the
growth of new members and establishing ongoing customer relationships with our existing
members that will aid us in delivering relevant information and premium events to our
members, she said.
