1) Adicin (addition)

Furthermore /fm/
Moreover /mrv/

In addition /n dn/
Not only.but also / nt nli bt ls /: No solo.sino que
tambin/incluso..
Veamos un ejemplo prctico:
I dont like going to the beach in the summer. Its always crowded. Sometimes
people are sitting very close. You can listen to their conversations. You can
even smell their sunscreen lotion.
I dont like going to the beach in the summer. In addition, its always
crowded.Furthermore, sometimes people are sitting very close to you. Not
only, you can listen to their conversations but also, you can even smell their
sunscreen lotions.

2) Contraste (contrast)
Se usan para contraponer dos ideas:
Although/ though /l///: Aunque
However /haev/: Sin embargo
Whereas/while /werz/ /wal/: Mientras que
Nevertheless /nevles/: Sin embargo
On the other hand /n i hnd/: Por otro lado
El mismo ejemplo con diferente sentido
Although I dont like going to the beach in summer, its always crowded, (I sitll
go). However, sometimes people are sitting very close. You can listen to their
conversations. On the other hand, you can even smell their (lovely) sunscreen
lotion.
igualmente).

Therefore /ef/ Por lo tanto, entonces
Since /sns/: puesto/ya que
As a result/ as a consequence /z rzlt/: Por eso (como resultado/como
consecuencia).
In order to /n d tu/: Para/ con tal de.

Ejemplo:
I dont like going to the beach in the summer because its always crowded. As a
result, sometimes people are sitting very close. Therefore, you can listen to their
conversations. You can even smell their sunscreen lotion. In order to avoid the
crowd, I go to the beach after 6pm.

Last but not least/lst bt nt list/: Por ltimo, si bien no menos
;p)

I dont like going to the beach in summer. Firstly, its always crowded. Secondly,
sometimes people are sitting very close. Then, you can listen to their
conversations. And last but not least, you can even smell their sunscreen lotion.

Consejos
on!!! Atreveos a ser ms creativos!
5) Sin pasarse!! Los ejemplos que os he mostrado son a little bit exagerados. He tratado de
