BLOCK/ HOT LIST OF ATM CUM DEBIT CARD

Block/ Hotlist your OBC ATM cum Debit Card immediately in case your card is
Lost/Stolen in order to avoid its misuse. Card can be hotlisted/ blocked by any of the
following methods:

1. You can call our call center representative at 24 hours toll free helpline
number 1800-180-1235 or through paid helpline number 0120-2580001.

2. You can send SMS

BLOCK[space][14 digit account no][space][last 4 digit of card no]
e.g. BLOCK 12379999990011 4591 to 9915622622 from your registered
mobile number

3. You can visit any OBC branch and submit request/ application for hotlisting
your card

Note: Debit card once hotlisted, due to reason Lost/ Stolen, should not be de-
hotlisted to prevent its misuse. Instead a new ATM cum Debit card should be
issued to such customer.
