Restatement - an act of stating something again or differently, especially more clearly or convincingly. Grudgingly - in a reluctant(unwilling and hesitant)or resentful manner. Inalienable - not subject to being taken away from or given away by the possessor. Inherent - existing in something as a permanent, essential, or characteristic attribute. Perverse - showing a deliberate and obstinate desire to behave in a way that is unreasonable or unacceptable. Underpinning - a set of ideas, motives ; support. Ineluctable - unable to be resisted or avoided; inescapable. Facet - a particular aspect or feature of something. Amorphous - without a clearly defined 1/2 Defy - openly resist or refuse to obey. Elitist - relating to or supporting the view that a society or system should be led by an elite(superior). Flawed - having or characterized by a fundamental weakness or imperfection. Pertinent - relevant or applicable to a particular matter; apposite. Arbitrariness - the quality of being based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system. Writ - a form of written command in the name of a court or other legal authority to act, or abstain from acting, in a particular way. Breach - an act of breaking or failing to observe a law, agreement, or code of conduct. Revivify - give new life or vigour to. Loggerheads - to strongly disagree.

Disproportionately - to an extent that is too large or too small in comparison with something else. Creamy layer - refer to the relatively wealthier and better educated members of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) who are not eligible for government sponsored educational and professional benefit programs. Isolate - identify (something) and examine or deal with it separately. Beneficiary - a person who derives advantage from something. Detriment - the state of being harmed or damaged. Uniformly - in a way that is the same in all cases and at all times. Subservient - less important; subordinate. Prioritize - designate or treat (something) as being very or most important. Stratagem - a plan or scheme, especially one used to outwit an opponent or achieve an end.
