Educational Background
1. Why did you decide to go to this college and choose this
particular major ?
Answer : Because Politeknik Negeri medan is one of the state
universities in Medan, I choose this particular major
because i think this particular major is appropriate to me

2. Do you have plans to continue your education?

Answer : Yes of course, because I want improve my ability .

3. Where did you rank in your graduating class in high school? In

college?
Answer: I always get rank since in high school until in college, in
college i always get cumlaude.

4. What courses did you like best? Least? Why?

Answer : Courses that I like is music, because I like music and
when I play music I feel my soul united with music

5. Did you change your major while in college? Why?

Answer : never, I never change my major while in college.

6. Do you feel you have done the best scholastic work of which you
are capable?
Answer : I just do as much as I can , that is I think the best work
 7. In what school activities/offices did you participate? Which did
you enjoy the most?
Answer : when im in college I join to the Student Executive Board
one of organization that I like , I join to this organization
because I want learn to be confident when I speak in front of
many people and I learn how to build good relation with
surrounding environment. Not just it, I participate to
Mapala is student nature lovers . I like to explore nature, I
like adventure too . thats why I join to this organization .

Work History
1. Youve changed jobs frequently. Can you explain this?
Answer : I like learn something new to add my experience. I dont
like easy things, thats why I often change for jobs

2. Why are you thinking about leaving your current job? (why did
you leave your last job?)
Answer : because I want get a good future for my career

3. What did you like best/least about your last job?

Answer : the employees at PT Sosro are very friendly and their
leaders are good too

4. What jobs have you enjoyed the most? The least? Why?
Answer : secretary, because being secretary is interesting job and I
have a skill that should be owned by a secretary

5. Why are you switching careers?

Answers : because I want get a job that good for my future career
and for my life . and I want be a part of one of the
biggest oil & gas company in Indonesian

your job done?
Answer : I think 48 hours/week

Answer : yes I like , because I want be a productive employee

Answer : yes of course, because it will shaped my personality for

Answer : depending on the friends you want to work with, if the
friend can be a teamwork, of course I like working with
team but if the friends isnt good to be a team work, I better
work with my self.

Answer : yes im willing

Answer : how to make correspondence, filing and how to
communicate with client

Answer : I think the field that I choose is not have disadvantages,
because I really enjoy this job.

1. What do you know about our company ?
Answer : is a French multinational integrated oil and gas company
and one of the seven "Supermajor" oil companies in the
world. Its businesses cover the entire oil and gas chain,
from crude oil and natural gas exploration and production to
power generation, transportation, refining, petroleum
product marketing, and international crude oil and product
trading. The company is a component of the Euro Stoxx 50
stock market index and total have area served worldwide.

2. Why do you think you might like to work for our company?
Answer : because Total is famous company, and Im sure I will get
future good career, and I want to serve to the company .

3. Why do you feel you are the best candidate for the position?
Answer : My skill set is a perfect match for the job requirements. In
particular, my secretary skill make me an ideal candidate
for the position. For example, at my last job, I managed all
correspondence so well. I can bring my successes and
experiences to this job.

for at this company
Answer : I able communicate with English language, I able for typing
and correspondence, I have negotiation skills, I graduated
from business administration major politeknik negeri
medan and I have sertification of typing .

Answer: because I feel I am fit for this position, and I will do my
best to advance this company

organization?
Answer : My previous work experience included innovation in many
areas, including strategies for more effective teamwork. At
my previous company, I devised strategies for improving
teamwork and communication among members of team
projects. I can bring not only my ideas from my previous
job, but my general passion for innovation, to your
organization.

1. What are your ideas on salary?
Answer : Id appreciate it if you could make me an offer based on
whatever you have budgeted for this position and we can go
from there.

2. What are your career goals?

Answer : My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I
can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and
contribute as much value as I can. I love that your company
emphasizes professional development opportunities. I intend
to take advantage of all of these.

3. What is the ideal job for you?

Answer : The workplace that gives enough space and helps employees
to grow. There should be healthy team work, good
communication, mutual understanding between each team
member. A workplace where there is respect for individuals
ideas and always appreciate good work as well as knowledge
 4. What does success mean to you?
Answer : Success is the ability to do what you love every day. This may
sound simple but what you love changes over time and having
the ability to change what you are doing to match your passion
is true success. This has nothing to do with money, wealth or
status as each person has different passions and loves

5. Are you primarily interested in making money or do you feel that

service to others is a satisfactory accomplishment?
Answer : for me service to others is more than important than making
money, because if we serve someone with good than we can
get a money

General Background/Miscellaneous
1. Tell me about yourself
Answer : Well, Im currently an secretary at Pt Sosro, where I handle
our top performing client. Before that, I worked at an
newspaper company. And while I really enjoyed the work that
I did, Id love the chance to dig in much, which is why Im so
excited about this opportunity with Total

2. What type of books have you read?

Answer : I like books about biography, ones success story and novel
about romance

3. What are your greatest strengths? Greatest weakness?

Answer : As a child, I was identified as an introvert, and I have
considered that a weakness. I tend to prefer to work alone or
with a very small group of people whom I know I can trust.
I realized as an adult that being an introvert definitely has
advantages. I am motivated to work based more on thought and
reason than on emotion. Typically, I don't usually require close
management -- give me a project, and I'll dig into it. I'll ask
questions to be sure I understand what is needed and when I
need more information, but I will get the job done, on-time,
and without a lot of fuss. I do make an effort to reach out to my
co-workers, to be friendly and cooperative, and to have a good
relationship with everyone I work with, but I'm happiest when I
have work to do
4. How would your co-workers describe you?
Answer : Actually, in my most recent performance review , my co-
workers described me as someone who takes initiative and
doesnt shy away from hard problems. My role involves a lot
of on-site implementation, and when things go wrong, its
usually up to me to fix it. Rather than punting the problem back
to the team, I always try to do what I can first. I know she
appreciates that about me.

5. What causes you to lose your temper?

Answer : i can get mad if someone don't have consistent when work and
always wasting time for not important thing

6. In your opinion, what does customer service mean?

Answer : My philosophy is to take personal responsibility for
developing a positive relationship and providing a good
experience for each customer by giving efficient, accurate and
prompt service, by listening to and understanding the
customer's needs, by meeting or exceeding these needs and by
meeting my commitments, keeping my promises and taking
ownership of my mistakes.
