Project # 01
Client : UKSS
Project : Implementation and support
Duration : October 2016 to till now
Description : The project is responsible for Production support for UK Based
customers referring to multiple Clients spread all over Europe over various domains ranging from
Government, Engineering and Manufacturing etc. Our task in the project is to provide end to end
support for all customer issues and perform system health checks to make sure systems are up and
running.

Role and Responsibilities


Resolving day to day Basis related client tickets raised through SDM ticketing tool: - Problems,
Incidents and change orders.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of UNIX, Windows system environment.
Applied support packages and Add-ons through SPAM/SAINT.
Providing support to users using systems with Mainframe- AS400 as their OS.

Project : Implementation and support
Duration : April 2015 to September 2016.

Role and Responsibilities

Activity under SAP Basis support L3 Technical configuration.


Problem, troubleshooting and resolution for escalated calls.
SAP router setup and OSS configuration.
Planning and managing support packages and kernel patch upgrades, client copies/transports
Database parameter review and analysis recommendations/implementation for changes to
optimize performance.
Analyzed Root Cause of Authorization Problems and fix the missing authorizations. Handling
