    Sir:

    I, the undersigned, am the owner of Y & E Furniture located at Brgy. Rumagayray, San
    Enrique, Iloilo 5036.

    I have applied for the registration of this business last July 02, 2010. I would like to
    request for the cessation of the business registration because my business is no longer
    existing.

    This is due to lack of financial resources and enough lumber to sustain the operation of
    the said furniture shop.

    I hope you will grant my request which I would be very grateful of.
