Galatians 5:16-21.

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the
other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you
in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Galatians 3:13 MEMORY VERSE
Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the
judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall
say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
Matthew 12:19 Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?
Luke 12:19-20 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink,
and be merry.
But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be,
which thou has provided?
Luke 24:25-26 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
Romans 2:17 Behold, thou are called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,
Galatians 3:6. Even Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
God does not change. So is it with His Gospel. Its essence is unchanged though its packaging varies across times. It
always included faith in God with a resulting obedience to God by faith. For example, in order to be saved, one had
not only to believe in Noah's message (faith) but also to enter into Noah's ark (obedience). Also, one had to believe
Moses' message (faith) and act on that faith by joining the Exodus (obedience). Again, one had to believe the angel's
message in Sodom (faith) and act on that belief by running out and away from the city (obedience). Unfortunately,
many in the world and in the Church will miss out on eternity with Christ for misunderstanding, misapplying, and
misrepresenting the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. They forget that the same waters that saved Noah and co. are the
same waters that drowned the rebellious people of his time. They forget that the same waters that saved Moses and
Israel are the same waters that destroyed Pharaoh and his army. They forget that the same angel who saved Lot and
co. is the same angel who called fire from heaven on Sodom. Yea, the same Jesus Who hang on the ignominious cross
arms wide opened to welcome and save the lost, is the same Jesus Who is returning in His full glory and power to
destroy sin and impenitent sinners. Christ saves sinners from sin not in sin. As Paul rhetorically asked the Galatians,
"Is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not" (Galatians 2:17). The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not a joke. No soul is
safe when treating it light. Until the heart embraces the seriousness of Christ's gospel of grace and justice, there is no
hope for the soul.
Romans 1:2 Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures.
Romans 10:16,17. But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Galatians 3:8. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the
gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
Romans 4:3. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
