JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement QC Supervisor on Saudi Aramco Project:

Reviewing Technical submittal prior to client submission.

Reviewing of purchase requisition prior to client submission.
Evaluating suppliers/manufacturers status and their approval.
Submitting technical specifications, inspection requirement and other legal documents to the
selected supplier
Preparing complete Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) which includes; Approval sheet, IAP
Checklist, Un-priced Purchase Order, Material Requisition approval, Technical Specifications,
Data Sheet, Drawings, Inspection and Testing Plan, Applicable Specifications, Pre-Inspection
Meeting Agenda, Assigned Inspectors Resume (Lead Inspector and Back up).
Checking of vendors ITP against applicable standards and requirements.
Ensuring that inspections are performed as specified in Quality Plan and as per level of
inspection as required while receiving the materials and equipment.
Checking for any need or requirement for waiver or concession.
Preparing of Non Material Requisition for submittal and approval.
Checking the approval status of drawings.
Reviewing and Checking suppliers/manufacturers quality procedures and personnel approvals
and other requirement prior to client submission.
Scheduling & attending Pre Inspection Meeting and submission of Minutes of Meeting to client.
Scheduling of Inspections as per ITP, in consideration of the different activities whether review,
witness and hold points.
Expediting inspection report and its supporting documents.
Reviewing and Submitting inspection report along with its supporting document to client
Preparing final Inspection Disposition Report (IDR).
Preparing and submitting two-week-look-ahead inspection and fabrication schedule to client
including all detail of the vendor, level of Inspection, purchase order, status of open NCRs, and

Material/Equipment Receiving Inspector on Saudi Aramco Project:

Review vendor documents received along shipments.
Receiving material inspection (Civil, Piping, and Mechanical).
Checking the material as per the purchase order and packing list.
Responsible for all kinds of inspection activities for incoming material as per Saudi Aramco
checklist and standards.
Responsible for inspection of contractor supplied material and their site.
Material receiving and checking as per the standards.
Preparing of daily receiving report, preparing of material receiving report.
Document control and data record.
Preparing daily activity report, update material quality control logbook and charts.
Co-ordinate and concerned dept. in regard to gate passes and works permits for preparing
monthly material received material reports.

Thermosetting Pipes (RTR) for firewater and oily water & Storm Water Drainage lines including
all of its metallic connections and fittings as per detailed drawing.
Installation & Inspection of RTR piping for Oily water drainage
Inspection of FRP manholes & Inspections Chambers as per standards & project specifications.
Installation & inspection of HDPE piping for IRW,PW,FW,RW
Installation & Inspection of RTR piping up to 3.5M by coupling joints & wrapping Method, Joint
test, Stiffness Test, Hydro Test for RTR pipes.
Calculation of Deflection in installed piping by deflection test.
Installation & Inspection of Corrugated HDPE piping for Sanitary Sewer line.
Inspection of Layout and assembly of IRW,PW,RW,FW piping system
Preparation/review of Hydro test package for all type of water supply systems.
Inspection of Water Hammer Arresters.
Material Inspection of HDPE,UPVC,CPVC,PVC and GRP/RTR
Material Inspection of valves/fittings as per project specifications.
Material inspection of lifting station and its installation inspection.
Installation Inspection of Back flow Preventers at irrigation water piping, Fire Hydrants in fire
water lines, Sprinklers of Pendent type & Concealed type, Cooling Pipes, Gas Pipes etc.
Inspection of Sewer lines UPVC & corrugated HDPE, DWV piping inside the building, Plumbing
fixtures, storm water drainage systems & catch basins.
Inspection of water supply system with valve box and its instruments ( Valves/water meters),
Wet Fire Water Sprinkler System and dry Fire Water Sprinkler System, Pre-Action Water
Sprinkler System. All Type of Chiller (TRANE, Mc QWAY, CARRIER, YORK), AHU, FCU, VAV, VFD,
Cooling Tower system. Chilled water system chilled water primary & secondary pump.
Pressurization unit and exhaust fan, Split unit, window A/C
Installation Inspection of Cooling Pipes, Gas Pipes etc, duct installations, air Balancing of HVAC
system, Hydro testing, Leak testing,
Periodic inspection for exit building and equipment (HVAC, Mech, Plumbing)
Filtration System and Pump, Fountains. Sump Pump, Potable pump, Transfer pump and Booster

Perform Hold, Witness and Surveillance inspections and tests at construction sites to ensure
compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications requirements for proper
handling, storage and protection at SAUDI ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.
Monitor Contractors Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with
Inspection of welding consumable as per approved WPS.
To verify the required equipment for welding, like welding machine, baking equipment, welding
torch or holder, clamping, etc.
To inspect backing of low hydrogen electrodes and handling of consumables.
Witness of joint preheating, post heating and purging as required.
