RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
It has been estimated that in the last 25 years 20 billion pounds of insecticides
have been applied to the planet and of them 3 billion have been DDT (Prado
et al 2002). The use of pesticides creates a number of problems for the
environment. More than 98% of the insecticides fumigated and 95% of the
herbicides reach a destination different from the one sought, including plant
and animal species, air, water, sediments of rivers and seas and food.
The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 3 million people per year
are poisoned with pesticides, most of them in developing countries. About
20,000 people die of poisoning each year.

RESULTADOS Y DISCUSIN
2.2.1 Leche
La leche es el primer alimento que el ser humano, as como todas las cras de
los mamferos, recibe desde el inicio de su vida extrauterina, y resulta ser el
alimento completo que cubre todas las necesidades nutricionales en la
primera etapa de la vida (0-6 meses de edad), siempre y cuando sea la leche
de su propia especie, la especie Humana.

proporcionan un clculo aproximado del grado de contaminacin. Dichas
reas son solo clculos aproximados porque componentes diferentes
podran tener factores de respuesta del detector ampliamente distintos.
Las tcnicas de la cromatografa de gases tambin son tiles para
evaluar la efectividad de los procedimientos de purificacin (Skoogt, D et
al 2008).
