Notification for GTUs Seventh Convocation
Seventh Convocation of Gujarat Technological University is
proposed to be held in January, 2018. All students of GTU who
have passed/qualified for Degree/Diploma in Engineering &
Pharmacy, Hotel Management, M.E., M.Pharm., M.B.A./M.C.A.
and Ph.D. in 2017 exam may apply in the prescribed online
form available at University website : www.gtu.ac.in under
Convocation option. It is required to pay Rs. 300/- for Diploma,
Rs. 500/- for Degree & Post Graduate and Rs. 1000/- for Ph.D.
in any branch of State Bank of India (Rs. 200/- additional if you
want to be a member of GTUs Alumni Association). The duly
signed hard copy of the form and the SBI Challan should be
submitted to Registrar, Gujarat Technological University latest
by 5-00 p.m. on 1st December, 2017. List of the students who
are short listed to receive Degree in person (except Diploma),
will be unloaded on the website 15 days before the date of
Convocation.
All other students whose name is not displayed in the list can
get their certificate by Registered/Speed Post at their
residential address after the Convocation. The list of students
application form, Challan and other instructions are available
on the website. Application received after the last date or
incomplete applications, due to any reason, will not be
considered for receiving Degree at the Convocation.
