Terms & Conditions

1. Unless otherwise indicated, invoices are open for acceptance by the Employer within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.

2. The price in the final quote may vary from the original request if there is any changes requested by the Employers. MYEG reserves the right to alter fees in the invoice,

as long as the quote has not been confirmed by the Employer.

3. In the event that permit renewal in the quote are subjected to any changes that is outside of our control, MYEG reserve the right to update the fee in the quote accordingly.

4. In the event of permit renewal is not successful, MYEG shall refund the full payment of the price as agreed in the invoice. But under any circumstances, that documents

submitted for permit renewal are found to be a counterfeit/forge, and/or permits are registered under a different Employer, MYEG will return the documents immediately and

the 100% of service charge as agreed in the invoice will be impose to the Employer.
