Experience -
- Minimum 9-12 years of post-quali cation experience
- Experience in technical analysis, design, development and implementation of Oracle SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order
Management, Bills of Materials) and Oracle Financials (GL, AP & AR)
- Pro cient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements experience in technical development
such as conversions, oracle work ows and forms
- Understanding of Oracle Applications technical development with full life cycle implementations experience
- Understanding of speci c business processes, such as Order to cash, Procure to pay and preferably hands on experience on
General Ledger and Sub ledger Accounting/FICO or any Accounting Management Systems in ERP
- Any implementation/ enhancement/ support of ERP experience is a plus and knowledge of SQL (T-SQL or Oracle) is desirable
- Experience working with PL/SQL to manage data in Oracle E-Business suite (R11, R12 or Fusion) in implementation/
enhancement/ support projects
MTS Testing
- Equipped with nance & accounting knowledge; good to have data warehousing concepts understanding
- Experience working with clients and managing stakeholders, leading teams and training/developing junior staff in technical Solutions
and functional aspects
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives,
managers and subject matter experts. Mechanical
- Collaboration skills to work across multiple stakeholders, business leaders, delivery leads and promote effective cross-team

- Proven technical project management skills - managing teams on multiple projects in client facing roles / debugging skills
