1.0 INTRODUCTION  
1.1 BACKGROUND 
Unbox  Resources  Sdn  Bhd  (UNBOX)  is  established  in  2014  to  provide 
Consultancy, Management, Training and Education in Workplace Operational 
Risk Management.  
The scope of products and services covers all work place activities and shall be 
designed base on international and national legislative compliance and specific 
industry standards requirements. 
The core products and services shall be designed towards providing ADVANCE 
SKILL COMPETENCIES with international, national and industry accreditation 
in the advancement of our Human Capital Technical and Vocational Training 
policies. 
As such the core programs shall be the following:

2.0 SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS 
2.1 TUAN HAJI OTHMAN BIN ISMAIL 
Haji Othman Bin Ismail as founder and current Chief 
Executive  Officer  of  UNBOX  Resources  Sdn.  Bhd.  By 
training  he  is  a  Merchant  Marine  Officer  by  training 
and  have  been  involve  in  Operational  Risk 
Management over 40 years. 
Since 1976 as a Merchant Marine Officer with MISC he 
was  involve  in  merchant  shipping  operations  from 
navigation  to  cargo  handling,  from  multiple  cargo, 
crude oil tankers, bulk carriers and chemical tankers. 
From  1982  to  1991  he  was  managing  marine  and 
cargo surveying from quality to quantity surveys, marine adjusting and oil and 
gas marine operations warranty inspection and surveys; 
In 1992 he founded and OSH training organization and have since been in this 
field.  The  existence  of  more  than  20  years  of  experience  in  managing  and 
operating a training and education services;  

2.2 DR. KAMARIZAN BIN KIDAM,  
He is a senior lecturer at the Department of Chemical 
Engineering,  Faculty  of  Chemical  and  Energy 
Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) since 
2004.  He  was  born  in  Negeri  Sembilan,  Malaysia,  and 
received  his  PhD  from  Plant  Design  Research  Group, 
Aalto University School of Chemical Technology, Finland 
in  December  2012.  He  started  his  academic  career  in 
UTM since 2001.  
Previously, Dr. Kamarizan is an occupational safety and 
health practitioner and a competent person as Safety and Health Officer under 
OSHA  1994.  He  has  more  than  7  years  working  experience  mainly  as  SHE 
Engineer in petrochemical processing facilities and expose to latest legislation 
and standard. His expertise covers risk management, loss prevention and safe 
by  design.  In  addition,  he  has  experienced  in  development,  management, 
implementation  and  administration  on  all  matters  related  to  occupational 
safety,  health  and  environment.  He  has  been  involve  in  the  training  and 
consulting  of  OSHA,  and  have  conducted  more  than  30  in‐house  and  public 
training  programs.  Currently,  Dr.  Kamarizan  is  a  secretary  for  the  Faculty’s 
OSHE.

2.3 Chef Mohammad Aqram Bin Othman 
9  Years  of  experience  in  various  field  including 
entrepreneurship, hospitality, training and consulting, 
Higher Learning Institutions mainly focusing in health 
and  safety,  food  safety  theory  and  practices,  Halal 
requirements  and  culinary  arts  theory  as  well  as 
practical skills. 
Chef Aqram is also a Competent Halal Supervisor from 
(LPPOM  Majlis  Ulama  Indonesia);  Food  Safety 
Management from SIRIM Malaysia.
