2.4 Access/ Permits Access to working areas will be gained by
using the approved access points agreed
with the Mall Authority. Any changes to
access routes occurring during the
duration of the work will be identified and
relayed to the workforce during daily site
briefings
2.5 Permit Required: Yes
2.6 SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS: Wherever possible all materials and equipment
will be stored securely. Any small tools that
cannot be locked away or secured to prevent
unauthorised use will be removed from site
2.7 SPECIAL TRAINING: All the PROCITY personnel’s have been trained
under GENERAL SAFETY TRAINING
2.8 MANDATORY SITE PPE Helmet /safety Shoes/Safety gear/ gloves & safety
jackets
2.9 RESCUE: All operatives will provide details on the level
of healthcare that they are entitled to use and
closest A & E facility they will use in the event
of an accident requiring medical attention.
2.10 FIRE SAFETY In the event of a fire, or fire alarms sounding
ARRANGEMENTS: all personnel will make
their way to the closest rendezvous point by
the safest route as detailed during site
induction
