1. This is a limited period promotional offer ("Offer") provided and funded by LG Electronics India Private
Limited ("Brand") and made available on www.amazon.in and the mobile application/ website thereof
(collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use &
Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amzaon.in and any other terms and conditions
prescribed by the Brand with respect to the Offer ("Brand Terms"). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions
of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail
with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Brand Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; the
Brand Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer. Amazon and/ or the Brand reserve the absolute right to
withdraw and/ or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.

3. You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in
your account settings on Amazon.in; and (c) have a billing address in India.

4. This Offer will commence on October 1, 2017 and continue till December 31, 2017, both days inclusive
("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Subject to these Offer Terms, during the Offer Period any person who:
a. purchases a 'LG' device specified in the Annexure A hereunder from the Authorized Seller of the
Brand (each such device hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Product"); and
b. activates the Eligible Product (each such person hereinafter referred to as a "Purchaser"),
will be eligible to avail a one time free screen replacement of the Eligible Product within 6 months from the
date of activation of the Eligible Product from the Brand ("Benefit") in accordance with the Brand Terms
available below.

6. The Benefit will not be provided on Eligible Products that are damaged by any liquid and/or only on
scratches. The assessment of damage will be done by the Brand's authorised service center.

7. The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than the Eligible Products.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Eligible Product which is
returned or refunded by the Purchaser or if the order for such Eligible Product is cancelled by the Purchaser
or the Authorized Seller.

8. This Offer will only be available the first time a Purchaser purchases the Eligible Product(s) during the Offer
Period..

9. The Benefit may be availed only once by a Purchaser by visiting the authorized service center of the Brand
within 6 months from the date of activation of the Eligible Product.

10. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or
responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with
this Offer, including the quality or redemption or delivery/ non-delivery of Benefit provided under this Offer

11. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have agreed to be contacted by the Brand through
telephonic call, SMS or email on the contact details provided by you for the purposes of this Offer.

14. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the

Eligibility Criteria > Customer needs to purchase the new Product during

> This One Time Free Screen Replacement can be

availed only if the Product screen is broken for any
reasons whatsoever. Scratches on the screen or

Verification of the documents > Before availing the Offer, customer will be required

> In case any documents/invoice are prima facie found

to be false & fabricated or the original invoice is either

Forfeiture clause For One time screen replacement offer –

21. For the purposes of this Offer, the following shall be the "Authorized Sellers" of the Brand:
