contractor as against the approved plans, specifications and programs
of work. Prepare and regularly update a list of the contractor’s

Contractor’s Commitments in his bid, the list to be submitted to the
Employer quarterly.
Inform Employer if problems arise or potential problems may arise in

connection with the Construction Contract and make recommendations
for possible solutions.
Conduct verification and recommend approval of statements of work

accomplished and certificate of project completed by the contractor.
Review and recommend approval of progress and final billings of the

Contractor.
Provide timely assistance and direction to the Contractor in all matters

related to the interpretation of the Contract Documents, quality control
testing and other matters related to contract compliance and progress
of the project.
Examine and make recommendations to the Employer on all claims
from the Contractor for extension of time, extra compensation, work or
expenses or other similar matters.
