MINUTE ENTRY
ROBERT G. JAMES
U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE
December 27, 2017

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

WESTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA

MONROE DIVISION

JIMMY ANDREWS, ET AL. CIVIL ACTION NO. 65-11297

VERSUS JUDGE ROBERT G. JAMES

CITY OF MONROE, ET AL. MAG. JUDGE KAREN L. HAYES

*********
On December 11, 2017, the Court issued a minute entry [Doc. No. 237] with an attached

notice. The Court ordered the Monroe City School Board (“MCSB”) to disseminate the notice to

the public by posting it on the MCSB website, publishing it in the News-Star twice before the

scheduled hearing, and making a copy available in the reception area of the MCSB offices.

Finally, the Clerk of Court was to place a copy of the notice on its reception desk.

However, it has come to the Court’s attention that the notice contains a typographical

error. The hearing in this matter is set for January 9, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., not January 8, 2018, as

indicated in the notice. Attached to this minute entry is a corrected notice which should be placed

on the MCSB website immediately. The corrected notice has also been placed at the Clerk of

Court’s reception desk. All other information contained in the original notice is correct, and no

further changes have been made.
