Issue: PC randomly freezes or reboots.

It can freeze when opening task manager, while browsing the web or
anything. When it does freeze I can still see the CPU cooler and case fans running but I have to reset the PC either
through the case switch or via PSU.

PC Parts:

- Mobo: AsRock AB350M Pro 4

- RAM: Silicon Power DDR4 2133 Mhz 8GB x2
- CPU: Ryzen 1600 (6C/12T)
- PSU: Corsair TX650M
- GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB ITX version
- SSD: Toshiba 128 GB
- HDD: 1 TB Western Digital Green

Background info:

- Recently assembled the PC during Christmas break

- Installed motherboard and CPU on cardboard box to be sure
- Temperatures were monitored while troubleshooting but all temps were normal
Troubleshooting done:

- Operating System:
- Installed Windows 10 with latest updates but issue persists
- Installed windows 7 to be sure, but issue persists
- I also downloaded the latest nvidia drivers and installed it but issue persists
- Event viewer doesn’t really show much as the PC freezes, it does not BSOD so there is no logged information

- Graphics Card:
- Swapped out the GTX 1060 with a 780TI from my old PC but freezing continues
- I used the Antec 900W Power supply to ensure there is enough power but issue persists
- I also used the Corsair Power supply using the two 6+2 PCIE connector but issue persists
- I also used the 1060 in my old rig and it is fine so I don’t think it’s the GPU

- Hard Drives:
- Replaced SSD with another hard drive then re-installed windows 10 but issue persists
- Swapped SATA cable out to be sure
- Removed HDD and only used SSD with Windows 10 but issue persists
- I also did a hard disk check but it shows healthy with no errors (see below)
Power Supply:

- Swapped the Corsair Power supply with a known good one from my old PC (Antec 900W Gamer) but issue
persists
- I also tried using the corsair in the other PC and it worked fine
- I’ve also made sure all connections are snug to make sure it is seated correctly
- RAM:
- Since I had 2 sticks, I swapped them around but issue persists
- Changed to a different slot but issue persists
- Used only 1 at a time but issue persists
- Used a combination of the above techniques but issue persists
- Also ran memtest86 and it showed no errors (see photo)
- Motherboard:
- Installed latest AB350M Pro4 BIOS from AsRock’s website
- Originally overclocked to 3.7 ghz @ 1.30v but restored to defaults when issue started occurring
- I’ve also reapplied the thermal paste to be sure.
- Restored to defaults (see photos below) but issue persists
