* Dlogger supports Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server.
The Dlogger needs NIM32 running to collect data from external resources unless a
Nim list is provided in the apacs.ini file.
* The PC on whch the Dlogger is running needs a unique NRS. The (Note 12263)
Dlogger will start without a unique NRS, but other Dloggers will not be able to log
data from this instance of Dlogger.
