small expeditionary units with a high volume of accurate fire support
without increasing the logistical load. The LSW uses the same 1 Chrome lined, hammer forged, heavy, support barrel

CHAIN GUN®
The 7.62 mm Chain Gun is an electrically operated machine gun for Features:
protected weapons stations, AFV turrets, marine and UAV, or
helicopter applications. The chain gun features long dwell time and
1 24 volt electrical operation
forward ejection of spent casings to eliminate residual gas and
build-up of spent brass inside a turret or other enclosed space. 2 Quick barrel change
The electrically driven chain drive feeds standard NATO 7.62 mm link
to an open bolt system that fires without the need for a gas system 3 Short barrel configuration
virtually eliminating stoppages.
4 Long armoured barrel configuration
The U.S Marine Corps tested the 7.62 mm Chain Gun at the Naval
Surface Weapons Centre. They following is a quote from their test 5 Forward ejection of brass
report:

“ The performance of the 7.62 mm Chain Gun during all phases of

testing was outstanding. The last 29,721 rounds of endurance tests
were fired with no parts breakage and without any gun stoppages. It
is significant that, during the firing of 101,343 rounds, not one jam or
stoppage occurred due to loss of round control in the gun or the
feeder mechanism. This highly reliable round control attests to the
design soundness of the 7.62 mm Chain Gun.”

basic Model 1911 design in 77 years. More than simply a high-capacity frame and magazine, the Para

handgun.

Through superior technology, the Para Hi-Cap was not only created with a unique and novel frame; that

The TRI-AD I is a front mount adapter that provides three parallel
rails for mounting accessories beside or below the barrel. It
mounts to the barrel at the front sight of the Colt Canada C7 Rifle,
C8 Carbine, or similar weapons.
The TRI-AD II is a rear mount adapter that provides two side rails
and one upper rail for mounting accessories. This adapter mounts
on the upper receiver rail. It adds the height and length required

 REPAIR & OVERHAUL PROGRAM
History of Excellence: Over 30 years ago the
Canadian Armed Forces required a facility to perform 3rd and 4th line
service on its fleet of small arms. The contract was awarded to our
company, then under the name of Diemaco, to perform these services
on CF, FN-FAL’s, Sterling SMG’s and HP Pistols. Since then, Repair &
Overhaul has been at our very core, and we take great pride in offering
this service to our customers.

Official Canadian Forces 3rd & 4th

Line: Acting as the 3rd & 4th line service centre for the Canadian
Forces, Colt Canada has established a world class repair facility that is
experienced in the repair of not only the small arms that we
manufacture, but also the repair of over 30 other pieces of equipment

Training Equipment: Working in cooperation with

Colt Canada Integrated Logistic Support our R&O section has created
cutaway training equipment that is second to none. From 9mm Pistols
and 40mm Grenade Launchers to .50 Cal Machine-Guns, we can create
a working cutaway training aid from any weapons platform.

Current Fleet Repair: Our current customers gain

the benefits of having repairs made directly by the manufacture rather
than having to go through a 3rd party for service on their fleet of
weapons.
