Product Description

USA Industries' Universal Orifice Plates, also commonly called Daniel®plates or

differential pressure orifice plates, are designed to be used with all standard orifice
fitting assemblies or ring type joint plate holders. Standard industry sizing also allows
our plates to be used with any of the dual- or single-chambered orifice fittings on the
market. They are the most commonly used method of differential pressure flow
measurement due to their simplicity, predictable and reliable performance, ease of
installation, and tolerance to extreme atmospheric and process conditions.

Our orifice plates conform to the most stringent manufacturing processes to achieve
optimum accuracy standards in the industry. Our engineering staff can run your orifice
bore calculations quickly and accurately.
Orifice plates (Daniel® plates) are stocked in 304 & 316 stainless steel and available in
any material requested, such as monel, hastelloy, copper, nickel, and more. USA
Industries' can also coat your orifice plates with any coating you require.

Seal rings snap in after the orifice plate is installed into carrier. This creates a seal on
the upstream side of the orifice plate and on the upstream side of the fitting seat.
