DRUG GROUP MEMBER NABBED BY PDEA RO12

Eskie Ameril Alias Jamal, 52, fishpond caretaker was arrested inside a Mall in
Koronadal City, South Cotabato for selling six (6) transparent plastic sachets of
Methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less three (3) grans with
an estimated value of Twenty two thousand five hundred pesos (Php 22, 500.00).
Ameril is a member of a drug group operating in areas of ARMM and Region 12.
Cases for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 was filed against the
suspect.

Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165. The suspects yielded positive for five (5) sachets of shabu
weighing more or less 25 grams.

PDEA RO12 HITTING HARD AT THE SOURCE

Live-in Partners Arrested, Php 375,000.00
Worth of Shabu Confiscated

Ricky Nambong y Depositario, 30, and Faith Fradeza y Almomento, 27, live-in partners
residing in Brgy. Zone I, Koronadal City were arrested for violation of Section 5, 11 and 12,
Article II of RA 9165. Fifty (50) grams of shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia were
confiscated during the operation.

PDEA RO12 ACCOUNTED ALMOST A MILLION WORTH OF DRUGS,

FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES IN AN EARLY MORNING RAID

Franklin Biñas y Deocades Alias Kano,

51,barbecue vendor, was arrested for
violation of Section 11 and 12, Article II of RA
9165. The Search Warrant implementation
conducted at his residence yielded seventy-
five (75) grams of shabu with estimated value
of more than half million pesos.

The suspect is a supplier of shabu in areas of

Koronadal City. He disposes illegal drugs only
during Sundays to avoid detection of his
illegal drug activities.

PERSONALITY OUT ON BAIL APPREHENDED AGAIN FOR SHABU IN

KORONADAL CITY

A drug personality previously charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 and was released
from detention last year after he posted for bail was again apprehended by PDEA RO12.

Jeffrey Pudadera y Subosa, 37, was arrested when five (5) sachets weighing more or less
five (5) grams was confiscated from him during the buy-bust operation conducted. He faced
charges for violation of Section 5, 11 and 12, Article II of RA 9165.

ALMOST HALF MILLION PESOS WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED FROM A

DRUG DEN IN AMBALGAN, STO. NIÑO

The buy-bust operation conducted on February 18, 2017 resulted to the arrest of four (4)
drug personalities: BUSAGAN SANDIGAN y BUKA Alias Tatay, 50 years old, married, farmer,
SITTIE DUNGAO y SANDIGAN, 75 years old, female, married, jobless, wife of Alias Tatay and
NORHATA SANDIGAN y DUNGAO, 18 years old, female, married, jobless. All are residents of
the said address. Also arrested during the operation was RONNIE CARIGABA y DEGALA, 50
years old, male, married, habal-habal driver and a resident of Bo. 3, Banga, South Cotabato.

Confiscated during the operation were four (4) transparent plastic sachets containing
white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing
more or less sixty (60) grams of with an estimated value of Four hundred fifty thousand pesos
(Php 450,000), one (1) blue colored pouch containing seven (7) open transparent plastic
sachets with suspected shabu residue, two (2) pairs of scissors, four (4) aluminum foil strips,
two (2) improvised glass pipes and three (3) pieces improvised lighters.

Sandigan is one of the suppliers of illegal drugs circulating in the province of South
Cotabato.

Cases for violation of Section 6 (Maintenance of a Den, Dive or Resort), Section 11

(Possession of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia), Article II
of Republic Act 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against
Dungao and the two Sandigan while Carigaba faced violation of Section 7 (Employee and
Visitor of a Den).

NO. 4 TARGET-LISTED PERSONALITY IN COTABATO

PROVINCE ARRESTED BY PDEA RO12
The buy-bust operation conducted at Ortega Subdivision, Barangay Poblacion,
Kidapawan City, Cotabato Province resulted to the arrest of RODEL JAVIER y ULAN, 52 years
old, married, farmer and a resident of Purok Chico, Barangay Meohao, Kidapawan City.

Confiscated during the operation were two (2) sachets of suspected shabu weighing
more or less 0.5 gram.

Javier is a target-listed personality in Region 12 and was listed No. 4 in the Province of
Cotabato. He has also a standing Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 9165 last 2015. The
suspect’s illegal drug business operation includes areas of Kidapawan City, nearby
municipalities and even reaches the City of Digos.

Aside from his previous case, additional cases for violation of Section 5 (Sale of
Dangerous Drugs) and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act
9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the suspect.

TARGET-LISTED PERSONALITY YIELDED Php 75,000.00 WORTH OF

SHABU IN GENSAN

Ten (10) sachets of Methamphetamine hydrochloride weighing more or less ten (10)
grams were confiscated in a buy-bust operation conducted at Purok Corazon Sagrada,
Barangay Bula, General Santos City. The suspect was identified as RUBENSON BUAQUIÑA
y ARALITA (Target-listed), 24 years old, married, 4abourer and a resident of the said
address.

His suspected supplier ESTANISLAO JASME y TAGHOY was able to elude arrest.

Cases for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 were filed against the
suspects.
