 WHAT IS
IMPARTATION?

Dictionary definition of
Impartation:
•Impartation is to give;
bestow; communicate.
•It is to grant a part or
share of.

In our context:
•Impartation is the
tangible transmission of
the power of God through
an anointed vessel to
others who may be
interested – Acts 19:11-12

•It is the transmission of
spiritual endowments from
anointed vessels to others –
Rom. 1:11/ Num. 11:25
•It is the transmission of the
power of God into the
situations of men
– Lk. 5:17/ Lk. 8:46

•More often than not, we
are endowed with spiritual
gifts, mainly through
impartation – Eccl. 1:9
Impartation takes place
principally through the
SPOKEN WORD – Ezek. 2:2

carrier is the channel for

anointed is freely
accessible to anyone

the Spirit of Excellence, one

to the Word on the
subject matter

person of the carrier
of that Spirit

•To honour him in one’s

•To believe that the
carrier occupies a higher
place in God than oneself

imparted both through the
ministry of the word and
prophetic declarations –

hands whenever such
