Amendment to Contract

1. This amendment is made by JESSICA BACALSO and VERONICA MAE BENDO, parties to
the Rental Service Agreement.

2. The Agreement is amended as follows:

1. RENTAL SERVICE CHARGES

The USER obligates and binds (himself/herself) to pay the OWNER rental service
charges at the following rate:
Straight Rate @ Php 0.50 centavos per copy.
No Minimum Copy Volume required per month.
17. Upon cancellation or termination of this RENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT as herein
provided, the USER shall return the KYLEIGH machine and its accessories and accessions to the
OWNER immediately without need of demand from the OWNER otherwise the OWNER may
enter the premises where the KYLEIGH machine is installed and remove the machine there
from. In that event, the USER shall not take any objections or complaints against, nor interfere
with, the action of the OWNER, or file any complaint for trespass and/or action for damages.
20. Remedial Measure: In case of violation of any of the foregoing terms and conditions, the
OWNER reserves the right to terminate this rental service agreement immediately and the USER
agrees to return forthwith the rented KyLeigh machine unit without need of court proceeding.
However, that if for any valid reason it shall become necessary for an innocent Party to institute
an appropriate court action for the enforcement of its rights under this agreement, the defaulting
Party shall be liable for liquidated damages in the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 75, 000.00,
is the new market value) aside from court costs and other legal charges.

3. Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in full
force and effect in accordance with its terms. If there is conflict between this amendment and the
Agreement or any earlier amendment, the terms of this amendment will prevail.
