Teaching Philosophy
In my classes I strive to create an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, taking risks,
collaboration, and inquiry to help students build upon their prior knowledge and make meaningful connections. I
take it upon myself to foster mindful, reflective global citizens through experiential learning opportunities that
help students identify problems and develop solutions that have real world implications.
