Elections
Cast your vote for the next Town Council!
Every municipality in Alberta will be holding their local elections this fall. These elections are important to
the future direction of each community. In Raymond, our current Council is approaching the end of their
3 year mandate and all Council positions will be contested on Election Day (1 Mayor and 6 Councillor posi-
tions). As a taxpayer, this is your time to really influence the direction of the newly elected Council. You can
either run for office and help shape what Raymond will look like over the next three years or you can cast
your ballot for whichever candidate you feel will best represent your views. Any interested person can pick
up an information package at the Town Office that outlines the nomination and
election process.
