Venue: Gayaman Elementary School, Gayaman, Luba, Abra

Date: December 24-27,2017

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Delegate must be 13-26 years old and single.

 Since our organization lives by sharing, a solidary fee of Php 500.00 will be
collected from every participating barangay.
 Each delegate is required to obey the rules and regulations implemented by the
organization.
 Participants of BalikasanOrganization are expected to behave as adults.
Problems with discipline will not be tolerated.
 Drugs are illegal in the Philippines. Participants are not allowed to buy/use/sell
any drugs (including Marijuana).
 .Alcohol should not be tolerated before and during the event.

 Any kind of violence will not be tolerated (physical, verbal, and sexual).
 Participants are not allowed to leave the venue during the program unless they
have received permission from the program.
 Any criminal activity will be cause for immediate dismissal from the program.
 At the beginning of the event more rules and regulations will be given.
 It is the responsibility of all participants to take care of their quarters in the venue.
Participants will be held financially responsible for all damages.
 Participants must lock their private room at all times.
 Participants are asked not to leave their personal valuables in public areas.
 Boys are not allowed in girls’ rooms, and girls are not allowed in boys' rooms.
 Participants are asked to turn off all electrical equipment when leaving their
rooms or classes. (Lights, chargers, etc.)
 It is the responsibility of all participants to keep their areas clean and tidy.
 Proper time management will be strictly implemented.

Events/Sports Guidelines

1. No shoes, no parade, no play will be strictly observed during games.

2. The overall champion will be determined using point system.
3. Double – elimination tournament will be used during games.
4. Default system will be strictly implemented.
5. All participants/ players must be visible around the venue of the event before the
event /game will start.
6. Any kind of violence including physical, verbal and sexual will be a ground for
automatic dismissal from the event/game.

7. Proper time management will be strictly implemented.

8. List of players will be submitted to the management prior to the start of the
event/game.

We are very happy to inform you that our Balikasan Youth Organization will be conducting the
22ndBalikasan Youth Festival at Gayaman Elementary School , Gayaman, Luba, Abra with the
theme, Emerging Sportsmanship and Unity Through understanding Culture and Diversity
on December 24- 27, 2017. This festival aims to develop camaraderie, solidarity and
sportsmanship among youths in the pursuit of protecting our Mother Earth.

In line with this, we would like to invite again the youths from your barangay as we celebrate
this unique and very essential event with oneness and joy .

We are looking for your favourable response regarding this matter.
