2. Liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications there to. 3. Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description. 4. Analysis of rates for Labour, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items. 5. Maintain vendors data base, Floating Enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers. 6. Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within. 7. Compilation of tender/bid offer submissions. 8. Allocate work to subcontractors 9. Provide advice on contractual claims 10. Evaluate completed work and finalize the Contractors monthly payment certificates 11. Understand the implications of health and safety regulations 12. Preparation of variation orders 13. Evaluate contractual claims and monitor contracts final cost estimates 14. Preparation of Final Account with all supporting documentation 15. Site visits, assessments and projections for future work 16. Working knowledge of industry standard forms of contract
