Refunds/Digital Downloads: All sales are FINAL and all charges from
those sales are non-refundable. We have a NO REFUND POLICY with
digital files, as there is no way to ensure that we have received/you
have returned all digital files.

Property Release and/or any other permission necessary concerning
the use of this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless
such conditions are required by law. 



Furthermore, You acknowledge that the work SMLT Productions LLC
has done does not infringe on any copyright, property right,
trademark or any other applicable right. 



You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMLT Productions LLC
from and against any and all loss, expenses, damages, and costs,
including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees, resulting,
whether directly or indirectly, from your violation of the Terms. You
also agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMLT Productions LLC
from and against any and all claims brought by third parties arising
out of your use of our services. 



RELEASE 



You hereby grant to SMLT Productions LLC, its subsidiaries,
licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, publish, and
reproduce, for all purposes, your name, pictures in film or electronic
(video) form, sound and video recordings of your voice, in any and all
media including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television
and the Internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion,
advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, hearings, educational
conferences and in brochures and other print media. This permission
extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or
hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever unless you
revoke the permission in writing. 



You hereby waive the right to receive any payment from SMLT
Productions' use of any of the material described above for any of the
purposes authorized by this release. You also waive any right to
inspect or approve finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, or
advertising recordings and copy or printed matter or computer
generated scanned image and other electronic media that may be
used in conjunction therewith or to approve the eventual use that it
might be applied. 



You acknowledge that you have read the foregoing, fully understand
the contents and authorize SMLT Productions LLC to use your
personal information.
