Try also to clean the registry from officescan files, here is the solution taken from official trendmicro
site:
1. Open the Registry Editor.

Important: Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can
cause serious system problems.

2. Delete the following registry keys: If there are no other Trend Micro products installed on the computer:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro
If there are other Trend Micro products installed on the computer:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\NSC
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\OfcWatchDog
3. Delete the following registry keys/values:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\OfficeScanNT
2. OfficeScanNT Monitor (REG_SZ) under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
4. Delete all instances of the following registry keys in the following locations:

Locations:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services
3. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services
4. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services
Keys
1. ntrtscan
2. Perf_iCrcPerfMonMgr
3. tmcfw
4. tmcomm
5. TmFilter
6. Tmlisten
7. tmpfw
8. TmPreFilter
9. TmProxy
10. tmtdi
11. VSApiNt
12. tmlwf (For Windows Vista/2008 computers)
13. tmwfp (For Windows Vista/2008 computers)

5. Close the Registry Editor.
6. Go to the Control Panel and then double-click on System.
7. Click the Hardware tab and then click Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices.
8. Expand Non-Plug and Play Driversand then uninstall the following devices:
1. tmcomm
2. tmactmon
3. tmevtmgr
4. Trend Micro Filter
5. Trend Micro PreFilter
6. Trend Micro TDI Driver
7. Trend Micro VSAPI NT
8. Trend Micro Unauthorized Change Prevention Service
9. Trend Micro WFP Callout Driver (For Windows Vista/2008 computers)
9. Uninstall the Common Firewall Driver.
1. Right-click My Network Places and then click Properties.
2. Right-click Local Area Connection and then click Properties.
3. On the General tab, select Trend Micro Common Firewall Driver and then click Uninstall.
On Windows Vista computers, do the following:
1. Right-click Network and then click Properties > Manage network connections.
2. Right-click Local Area Connection and then click Properties.
3. On the Networking tab, select Trend Micro NDIS 6.0 Filter Driver and then click Uninstall.
10. Restart the client computer.
