12.) Opportunity to discuss difficulty, challenges and positive experience


during the on-the-job training in order to process its impact on
my professional growth, emotional, psychological well-being and all
aspect of my development

to the improvement of core skills and competencies of my course
and all other courses within and outside the university (example
hands on and accredited trainings from TESDA, DOLE etc.)
