Self-Assessment and Improvement (Week 4 – May 8 – May 13 2017)

May 8, We conduct a walk through in the structural construction site.

Supervising workers and giving instruction to their leadmans. With the
Engineer, I entered the sewage treatment plant. We conducted Initial Punch
List inspection in the STP to note the balance of work in the area. We also
supervise the stripping of formworks in the STP and instructing workers for
more details and tasks. May 9, A brief introduction in reports in the
construction site. Three Month rolling schedule, for advice ordering of
materials. Three weeks rolling schedule, to monitor the target activites for the
next 3 weeks. The 9 day cycle, the schedule of activites in an area. I was
taught on how to make this kind of reports. Also on that day, we entered that
Cistern Tank. We conducted Initial Punch List inspection down in the cistern
tank. While conducting they also planning on the schedule of activites in the
Cistern Tank. May 10, with the safety officer we conducted a safety inspection
in the scaffolds of the formworks before the pouring of concrete. In the
afternoon we inspected the balcony and T & B for more balance of work like
chipping and exposed rebar. On the day we also inspected units that is
endorsed for close out by the sub-contractor. May 11, we inspected the
balance of work of some units if its already accomplished and ready for close
out. Trainees encoded the concrete pouring for monitoring of quality. May 12, I
was tasked to estimate the footing of the new project Avida One Antonio and
after I sort out some of the documents. May 13, I estimated the concrete
volume of the footing tie beams of One Antonio project and mark the differenet
slab according to their thickness. Student Outcomes that I applied in this week activities is

effectively on complex activities with various communities including experts and society at large
using appropriate levels of discourse. Those student outcomes were very effective in my task
because in helps me to do my task even better,
