     Parent,  
    We  are  organizing  an  educational  cum  recreation  trip  to  Mysuru,  Karnataka  on  22nd  and  
    23rd  of  December,  2017.    
    The  trip  is  meant  to  give  our  students,  
    • an  opportunity  to  see  historical  places.  
    • a  first  hand  experience  on  animal’s  and  bird’s  life.  
    • see  and  experience  different  forms  of  civil  architecture.  
    Apart  from  the  above-­‐mentioned  benefits  students  will,  
    • learn  to  conduct  themselves  as  a  part  of  a  group.  
    • learn  to  stay  and  live  away  from  home  in  a  sharing  and  caring  manner.  
    • play  and  have  fun  with  their  friends.  
     
    Tentative  Itinerary*:  
    Day  00:  21st  Dec  2017  
    • 11:00  PM:  Assemble  in  school  campus    
    • 11:30  PM:  Start  to  Mysuru  –  overnight  bus  journey  
    Day  01:  
    • Arrive  at  Mysuru,  Check-­‐in,  refresh  and  breakfast.  
    • Mysuru  Sight  seeing  –  Chamundi  hills  and  st.  Philomeno  Church  
    • Lunch  
    • Mysore  Zoo  
    • Brindhavan  gardens  with  KRS  dam  
    • Overnight  stay  in  Hotel  with  dinner  
    Day  02:  
    • Shuka  vana,  Srirangapatnam  
    • Lunch  
    • Mysore  palace  
    • Departure  to  Udumalpet  
    (*  -­‐  Subject  to  change)  
     
    Trip  fee  will  be  Rs.  4000/-­‐  which  includes  Transport  charges,  meals  and  refreshments,  
    shared  accommodation.    

    IMPORTANT  NOTE:  REGISTRATION  FOR  THE  TRIP  IS  BASED  ON  FIRST  COME  
    FIRST  SERVE  BASIS.  REGISTRATIONS  WILL  CLOSE  WHEN  THE  HEAD  COUNT  
    REACHES  95  

    Kindly  send  your  confirmation  with  trip  charges  on  or  before  12/12/2017.
