II. Introduction:
The garbage problem of the world is continue rising. One of the problem is
the proper disposal and lack of implementation of the law. Lack of landfills and recycling
facilities. Lack of education and information campaign to lessen the ignorance of people on
how to take good care of our resources. It's not the garbage itself, but with the help of the
government, other organizations and individuals we can creat a long term and strategic plan
for a better tomorrow and for the brighter future. And by creating and inventing new products
will help people in a profitable ways.

have an alternative livelihoods.
