The LAKAS ATENISTA is a duly recognized organization based in the Ateneo de Davao University, College
of Law. It has produced a great number of lawyers and bar topnotchers, including the 9 th placer in the
2007 Bar Examination, since its inception in 1987. Now on its 24 TH year, Lakas Atenista shall move to
strengthen and better enliven its thrusts of unity, excellence and equality.

Annually, we hold a Bar Operations Project, the JUST DANCE, a dance party which principally aims to
raise funds to subsidize the expenses of our members who will take the Bar Examinations this November
2011. This year, JUST DANCE has been slated on June 24, 2011 at the Hybrid Bar, Wheels N’ More Drive
Compound, Bajada, Davao City.

Furthermore, this dance party will also serve as a welcome party for the incoming First Year Law
students and a back to school party for the numerous students from the various colleges and universities
in Davao City who will also be returning to school during the month of June. We are expecting more or
less 600 students and friends on the night of the event.

In this regard, we humbly invite your company’s participation in the said event through a sponsorship
agreement that would be mutually beneficial. A gathering of such big number of students, alumni,
lawyers and other professionals is an opportune time to promote your company’s products and/or
services. Any other form of assistance would be gladly received and acknowledged by our organization.

We believe in your good name and we would gladly have our name alongside with yours in all
promotional materials. We know that we will not be able to accomplish this event without your help and

CO-PRESENTOR  Co-Presentor billing/placement of your company name and/or logo

on all printed promotional materials of the event such as streamers,
P25,000 posters, flyers and teasers to be posted in strategic areas around
Davao City, and in the adjacent localities.
 Your company has the option to request the organization to adopt
your company’s look and feel (eg. official color, logo design, gimmick,
etc.) for the event’s physical attributes.
 Mention of your company name and/or slogan on all radio and TV
promotions in Davao City.
 Co-Presenter billing on Ad Board. (see attached proposed lay out)
 Placement of your company name and/or logo on all other event
paraphernalia (e.g. t-shirts, IDs, etc.).
 Your company has the option to post/put-up any promotional
paraphernalia (e.g. balloons, banners, etc.) in the event venue.
(materials to be provided by the company, and streamers shall be
limited to a maximum of 120 square feet)
 30 square feet equivalent of streamer set up for one week within the
vicinity of the Jacinto Campus of the Ateneo de Davao University and
event venue, for the entire week preceding the event date (materials
to be provided by the company).
 Booth set up at the Just Dance ‘11 event.
 Your company has the option to give away brochures/flyers and/or
product (service) samples/souvenirs during the event.
 Your company’s participation shall be acknowledged during the
event.
 Company ad shall be played in a Flash presentation and shall appear
at least 6 times in one loop. (Only for one product)
 During the event, your company has the privilege to send a
representative and/or implement a presentation/activity to promote
the company.
 Industry lock-out.
MAJOR SPONSOR  Major Sponsor billing/placement of your company name and/or logo
on all printed promotional materials of the event such as streamers,
P 20, 000 posters, flyers and teasers to be posted in strategic areas around
Davao City, and in the adjacent localities.
 Your company has the option to post/put-up any promotional
paraphernalia (e.g. balloons, banners, etc.) in the event venue.
(materials to be provided by the company, and streamers shall be
limited to a maximum of 60 square feet)
 15 square feet equivalent of streamer set up for one week within the
vicinity of the Jacinto Campus of the Ateneo de Davao University and
event venue, for the entire week preceding the event date.
 Placement of your company name and/or logo on all tickets.
 Company ad shall be played in a Flash presentation and shall appear
at least 4 times in one loop. (Only for one product)
 Your company’s participation shall be acknowledged during the
event.
 Your company has the option (of asking the organization) to
conceptualize a Sponsor Game (for you) to be implemented during
the event itself, as added ‘gimmick’ for your product (service)
promotion and campaign.

MINOR SPONSOR  Minor Sponsor billing/placement of your company name and/or logo
on all printed promotional materials of the event such as streamers,
P 15, 000 posters, flyers and teasers to be posted in strategic areas around
Davao City, and in the adjacent localities.
 Placement of your company name and/or logo on the streamers to
be hung at the event venue. (materials to be provided by the
company, and streamers shall be limited to a maximum of 30 square
feet)
 8 square feet equivalent of streamer set up for one week within the
vicinity of the Jacinto Campus of the Ateneo de Davao University and
event venue, for the entire week preceding the event date.
 Company ad shall be played in a Flash presentation and shall appear
at least 2 times in one loop. (Only for one product)
 Your company’s participation shall be acknowledged during the
event.
 Your company has the option (of asking the organization) to
