I. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

1. Production Manager (to be performed by one of the partners)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 planning and organizing production and delivery schedules
 assessing product requirements and materials
 selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
 estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets, timescales and other
production matters with owners and managers
 liaising with marketing and sales staff
 ensuring that health and safety regulations of the employees are met
 determining quality control standards
 overseeing production processes
 organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
 supervising the work of junior staff/s
 organizing relevant training sessions
 hiring employees of production department
 paying employee’s salary
Proposed Salary: P30,000-35,000

2. Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Responsible for:

 communicating with the production manager regarding production and


delivery schedule
 organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities to employees and
preparing schedules for each employee
 overseeing the work of employees and coaching them
 ensuring the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance (in
coordination with the production manager)
 communicating the concerns of the employees to the manager
 identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements, in
coordination with the production manager
 checking/ensuring that production output is according to quality
specifications
 making and submitting reports to the production manager regarding the
performance and progress of employees and production process
 training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow
procedures
 enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards

Job Qualifications:

 At least 1year experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role


 Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery (especially
hydraulic press) and tools
 MS Office literate
 Organizational and leadership abilities
 Communication and interpersonal skills
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
 Problem-solving skills
 Male or female; 25-40years old
 Graduate of any management/ industrial engineering related college program
or had at least completed 2 years of college program
Proposed Salary: P25,00-30,000

3. Factory Workers

3.1 For pulping, mixing and molding (4 workers)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 Operating the washing machine to pulp the paper scraps and spin dry the
pulp and storing excess pulp
 Operating the mixer to mix the materials
 Molding the paper pulp mixture
 Operating the hydraulic press
 Delivering the tiles to the drying room
 Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area
Job Qualifications:
 Knows how to operate machines and use tools
 Able to perform different tasks
 Easy to train/learn
 Can lift heavy objects
 Knows how to follow the rules and regulations
 Punctual
 Male; 20-40 years old
Proposed Salary: P12,288 per month (P512/day)

3.2 For Coating the Paper Wall Tiles (2 workers)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 inspecting the tiles for excess edges
 sanding the tiles
 applying elastomeric paint coating to the tiles
 maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area

 has an experience in any painting jobs
 knows how to follow rules and regulations
 punctual
 Male; 20-45 years old
Proposed Salary: P12,288 per month (P512/day)

3.3 For Applying the Design (3 workers)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 Applying the design onto the tiles using paint and other materials
 Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area
Job Qualifications:
 Has an experience in any painting jobs
 Has a skill in arts/design
 Knows how to follow the rules and regulations
 Easy to train/learn
 Punctual
 Male/female; 20-35 years old
 must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short
Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree (any degree)
Proposed Salary: P13,500 per month (P562.5/day)

3.4 Maintenance Personnel (1 worker)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 the maintenance and repair of the factory equipment
 operating the industrial heat blower fans inside the drying rooms, and
maintaining and ensuring that the temperature inside the drying room is
constant
 delivering paper wall tiles to/from the drying rooms
 maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the production plant
Job Qualifications:
 knows how to operate and repair machines (especially hydraulic press,
washing machine, industrial mixer, industrial heat blower fans)
 easy to train/learn
 can perform multiple jobs/tasks
 knows how to follow rules and regulations
 punctual
 male; 20-45 years old
 must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short
Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree (any degree)
Proposed Salary: P13,500 per month (P562.5/day)

4. Packaging/Delivery Crews (2 workers)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 storing the product
 packaging the product
 delivering the product
 picking-up supplies/materials
 maintaining the good condition of the product until delivery

Job Qualifications:
 has a professional driver’s license
 can perform multiple tasks
 has good eyesight and listening skills
 has good customer service skills
 courteous
 can lift heavy objects
 knows how to follow rules and regulations
 punctual
 male; 20-45 years old
Proposed Salary: P12,288 per month (P512/day)

5. Security Officer (Recruited from security agency)


Job Description:
Responsible for:

 Securing the premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring


surveillance equipment; inspecting the building, equipment, and access
points; permitting entry.
 Monitoring the entry and exit of employees by: ensuring that the employees,
before entering the plant premise, are wearing proper attire/garments; and
inspecting the bags/belongings of the employees before entering or exiting
the plant.
 Obtaining help in case of emergency by sounding alarms.
 Preventing losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing
violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
 Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and
surveillance activities

Proposed Salary: P12,288 per month (P512/day)

II. SALES DEPARTMENT


1. Store Manager (will be performed by one of the partners)
Job Description:
Responsible for:
 Ensuring that the employees are performing their tasks well
 recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
 maintaining statistical and financial records
 dealing with customer queries and complaints
 maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including
motivating staff to do so
 ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
 preparing promotional materials and displays
 liaising with owners/partners
 communicating with the production department regarding production
schedules, customer orders, and deliveries
 promoting a good working environment for staffs/employees

Proposed Salary: P35,000-40,000


2. Graphic Artist & Arts/Design Director (1 employee)
Job Description:
Responsible for:
 Planning and scheduling the introduction of new default designs that will
be made for every season
 Making the layout of the design for default and customized designs
 Communicating with the owners regarding the plan and schedule of new
designs that will be introduced to the market
 Communicating with the production manager regarding new designs

Job Qualification:

 Artistic
 Creative and open-minded
 Has good communication skills
 Advanced computer and editing software skills
 Has good ethical values
 Responsible and able to meet deadlines
 Male/female; 20-35 years old
 Must possess a Bachelor of Arts Diploma or has at least finished 2 years
of college of any related degree.
 Has at least 1year experience in any related work
Proposed Salary: P18,000-22,000

3. Accountant (1 employee)
Job Description:
Responsible for:

 Preparing financial statements


 Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options
 Auditing documents.
 Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies
and procedures
 Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
information
 Securing financial information by completing data base backups.
 Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
 Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting
disbursements.
 Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting
accounting policy and regulations.
 Ensuring that the financial statements are in compliance with national, state,
and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management
on needed actions.
 Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing account information and trends.
 Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping
financial information confidential
 Communicating with the owners any accounting/financial matters or issues
and discuss how to resolve it
 Communicating with external auditor

 Accounting, management, corporate finance, & financial reporting skills,


 Has good attention to details
 Deadline-oriented especially in reporting financial statements
 Follows the accountant’s code of ethics

4. Sales Clerk/Receptionist (1employee)


Job Description:
Responsible for:
 organizing the product display.
 stamping, marking or tagging prices on product.
 encoding customer orders
 receiving and scheduling the production and delivery of customization order
 communicating customization orders to the production department
 receiving the product ordered by the customer.
 answering customer queries regarding the product
 ordering customized stencil patterns from vendor
 coordinating with bookkeeper regarding customer orders and ordering
stencil from vendors

 MS office proficient
 Able to perform multiple tasks
 Has good customer service skills
 has good ethical values
 honest and trustworthy

5. Cashier/bookkeper
Job Description:
Responsible for:
 keeping records of sales and preparing inventory of stock by recording it
into the accounting system
 paying suppliers invoices and entering transaction into the accounting
system
 totaling the price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to
determine bill.
 Sending bill to customer
 accepting payment and giving change and recording acceptance of payment
in the system
 Issuing receipts to customers.
 counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that
amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
 recording the amount of cash in register at end of shift.
 Keeping and organizing record files and receipts
 making necessary journal entries of transactions into the system
 maintaining financial accounts of the company such as bank accounts
 keeping and securing cash funds
 computing and preparing the payment of salary of employees/ handing the
salaries of production employees to the production manager
 assisting the accountant in preparing financial statements
 coordinating with the sales clerk regarding customer orders.

 Punctual
 Honest and trustworthy
 Male/female; 20-45 years old

NOTE:

Blue highlighted texts are related to salary of workers. Salary is debatable. My


reason for increasing the salary is because:
For the designer(factory worker)- I added that they must be a high school
grad,etc. because artistic skills are needed. And I thought that artists deserve
more pay.
For the Maintenance: he deserves more pay because he needs to possess the
skills in operating/maintaining/repairing machines. He also needs to maintain the
operating room.

For the Bookkeeper: because he/she is a degree holder and has a lot of tasks in
his/her hands

for pink highlighted texts: salary is debatable for


managers/supervisors/accountants. Just adjust them if you like. I’ve based those
salaries from my own judgement

For green highlighted texts: Age is debatable. I based it from my own judgement.
I think that young and new people is easier to train and we will deal less with
their health problems.

For other matters not highlighted:


Educational Attainment requisites: it was based from my judgement. Change it if
you think it’s wrong.

Work experience: again, it was based from my judgement. I think that


new/young/not-so-experienced people are needed for our business so that they
can be easily shaped into our ideals and easier to find and recruit because our
budget for their salaries is only based on minimum wage.

Gender of worker: again, based on judgement. Especially for the designers in


making the tiles. I think that women can also perform that job. But it’s up to you
if you want to change it. It will also be beneficial for us if workers are men so that
we don’t need to pay maternal leave.
